Stakimo
Stakimo builds a SaaS product that centralizes sales, sales tracking, buyer financing and business steering for property developers. Within the team, I independently led several critical topics: electronic contract signing, sales dashboards and reports, listing syndication and Meta Ads lead import, on an AWS microservices architecture.
What I did
Delivered features
Electronic contract signing
Contract documents generated from the sale data, then sent for signature through DocuSign straight from the application.
Visual field editor
Development, buyer, seller and unit fields are placed on the contract PDF, together with each signer’s signature, date and initials zones.
Real-time signature tracking
DocuSign webhooks integrated: each signature’s status updates automatically in the sales file.
Sales dashboards
Performance per adviser and per source (projects, appointments, reservations, net sales), ratios, financing and inventory tracking per development.
Automatic sales reports
A Python / PostgreSQL batch engine producing weekly sales statements per development and a monthly report (reservations, withdrawals, revenue excl. / incl. VAT) exportable as PDF.
Listing syndication
Publishing campaigns for developments on SeLoger, Leboncoin, Le Figaro Immo, Bien’ici and Paru-Vendu, managed from Stakimo through Ubiflow.
Meta Ads lead connector
Meta ad accounts connected and Facebook pages subscribed to the leadgen webhook: each lead becomes a project, assigned round-robin or to the default sales rep.
Multi-tenant microservices on AWS
Python microservices on AWS Lambda and SQS, isolated per customer, to decouple asynchronous processing; environments and deployments declared with Terraform.
