Hyatt
Hyatt Event Privileges is an invitation-only programme for event planners who work with Hyatt. I built the platform end to end: a Next.js site powered by the Directus headless CMS that centralizes exclusive content, event invitations and newsletters.

Delivered features
Secure members’ area
Email and password sign-in with a “remember me” option; content is members-only and visitors are redirected.
Invitations and account recovery
Members join the programme through an email invitation and set up their account in one step; forgotten-password and reset flows included.
Roles and member profile
Three roles (administrator, writer, member); each member manages their profile, password and newsletter subscription, and can delete their account.
Publishing back office
Articles with status, versions and pre-publication preview, a rich-text editor and photo credits that can be placed on images.
Block-based pages
The home page and other pages are built in the back office from 9 blocks: hero, text, image, cards, article lists and collections…
Collections and editable menu
Ordered article collections and a menu with sub-menus editable from the back office, with a navigation drawer on mobile.
Event pages
Event list and detail pages: registration link, location, highlights and practical information, with a pre-publication preview.
Automated newsletter
Manual or scheduled sends to subscribed members, per-recipient tracking, automatic retries on failure, emails rendered by a custom Directus extension and one-click unsubscribe.
